Snuggled within a 300-meter radius from Walter Sisulu University, Livingstone Rest launched in 2020, making it a first in a series of premium furnished security complexes in the area dedicated to providing Walter Sisulu University students a place of rest, reasoning, growth, and laughter.
Designed with the student's wellbeing in mind, the Livingstone Rest student security apartments boasts clustered 3 bedroom units with individually lockable bedrooms. A maximum of 06 students per apartment, all with their single bedrooms, share a lounge/TV area, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, wall to wall built-in cabinets with black granite tops, and appliances such as kettles, irons, and ironing tables. Each cluster unit has two full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, toilet, and a basin, as well as a monthly supply of toilet rolls.
